The original idea behind the EZZA Steak & Cocktail Bar was to create an amazing place that would offer a variety of culinary options to the most passionate of meat enthusiasts, in order to bring that extra flair to the steak & cocktail bar culture in Dubrovnik. This is not just a restaurant. This is our passion, our life, our very special way of making people happy.

An evening of fun and laughter

Here at EZZA Steak & Cocktail Bar our guests get to enjoy a truly memorable tapas-style food-sharing and tasting experience. Only the finest steaks and meat cuts from places like Argentina, Japan, and Scotland are served in the middle of a table, accompanied by a selection of our signature dips and sauces as well as carefully chosen seasonal ingredients. What can make the relaxed dinner atmosphere even better? An evening of fun and laughter, made perfect by our signature cocktails and some great music. We do our best to make everyone feel right at home here at EZZA. The smiles on our guests’ faces and their return visits are the best rewards we can imagine.

OWNER AND CO-FOUNDER

EDIN DŽEKO

The world famous footballer’s love for Dubrovnik started over a decade ago. This is a place he has always felt at home, and this is where he now spends his summer holidays with his family.

Together with Armin Denza, his partner, Mr Džeko set out to create a place that would be unlike any other in the world: a trully unforgetable address for all those who love Dubrovnik, visitors and locals alike.

ARMIN HADŽIĆ DENZA

Mr Armin’s passion for food and dining goes back to his early years. He started as a self-taught chef, inspired by the culinary know-how and traditional recipes of both his mother and his grandmother. Today he is the creator and owner of one of the best wok chains in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia.

THE VIEW

Some have called our amazing terrace “the most beautiful one in the whole of Dubrovnik”. The views from it are surely among the most spectacular ones. Looking over the famous Walls of Dubrovnik, its ancient port and the romantic island of Lokrum, our terrace is sure to leave you breathless.

EDIN DŽEMAT

Mr Džemat is one of Sweden’s most renowned chefs, with numerous international awards. The list of his achievements, appointments and global recognitions includes the prestigious title of Captain of the Swedish Culinary Team, as well as tenures at some of the world’s top restaurants, like the Danish Noma.
